Shipping Charges and Requirements
$15 flat-rate shipping on 1-3 bottles of wine. $20 flat-rate shipping on 4-11 bottles of wine. FREE SHIPPING on 12 or more bottles of wine.

By placing an order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age. When your order is delivered, you will be required to show proof of age (for this reason, some people choose to have their wine shipped to their place of business). Liberty Vineyards & Winery is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges are your responsibility. In some states, it is the responsibility of the consumer to report and pay sales/use taxes on out-of-state purchases/shipments. By placing an order, you represent that you are complying with local and state laws.
By placing an order with Liberty Vineyards & Winery, you are stating to us that you are in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages. If for some reason we are not able to ship to your location (for example, we cannot ship to a "dry" county), you will be notified and refunded. All orders are shipped UPS Ground, please allow 2 weeks for delivery (although most areas will be delivered sooner.)
