Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date when you got your package.
- Refund will be processed and amount credited within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
- Please include invoice in the package and mark the items that are being returned and notify one of our representative that you are returning your order.
Note: Please make sure to provide us with a tracking number or returns may not be approved.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- The Cartier Love Jewelry and Van Cleef & Arpels Jewelry goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
- All Relica Hermes Jewelry and Replica Cartier Jewelry goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and postage will be in your own expenses.
- We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- As we offer worldwide Free Shipping, we will take US$30.00 postage (For return), returns postage will be in buyer's expense.
- Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem you can Contact Us to cancel your order within 4 hours.
Note: The refund will done within 24 hours after we got your return and check. For exchange, please make new order after you return, and we will make the full refund after we got your return.
