Cheesy Sausage Brunch Bake

Enjoy with a Liberty Vineyards Sparkling Riesling Mimosa. Serves 12

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 and 1/4 cups milk
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Yancey’s Fancy X-Sharp Cheddar
  • 3 slices (about 2 cups) white bread, cubed

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat. Drain; set aside. In large bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and salt. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Stir in cheese, bread and sausage. Pour into ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
